The terms that apply when you use the Rabtiq website, Rabtiq CRM and Rabtiq Go.

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Elox Solutions FZE LLC (“Rabtiq”, “we”, “us”), which operates Rabtiq CRM, Rabtiq Go and the Rabtiq website (together, the “Services”).

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it, and “you” refers to that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you have signed an order form or a separate agreement with us, that document takes priority over these Terms where they differ.

Accounts

  • You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for your users, for keeping log-in details secure, and for everything that happens under your account.
  • Tell us promptly at our contact email if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Send unsolicited messages, or message people who have not given the permission required by law or by the channel's policies.
  • Send content that is unlawful, misleading, harassing, hateful, or that infringes others' rights.
  • Break the laws of the United Arab Emirates or any other applicable law, including laws on data protection, consumer protection and electronic communications.
  • Interfere with the Services, test their vulnerabilities without permission, or access them by automated means other than our published API.
  • Resell or provide the Services to third parties without our written agreement.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules.

WhatsApp and other channels

Rabtiq Go works with third-party channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email and SMS providers. WhatsApp messaging is provided through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) operated by Meta. Rabtiq is a technology provider; you own your WhatsApp Business Account and phone number.

Your responsibilities on WhatsApp

  • Follow the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the Meta Commerce Policy.
  • Message only people who have given you prior permission (opt-in) and honour every request to stop.
  • Use message templates only for the purpose Meta approved them for, and never send prohibited content such as illegal goods, adult content or misleading claims.
  • Keep your business verification, display name and profile accurate.

What Rabtiq does with your Meta permissions

When you connect your account through Meta's embedded sign-up, you grant Rabtiq the whatsapp_business_messaging, whatsapp_business_management and business_management permissions, and optionally whatsapp_business_manage_events, public_profile and email. We use them only to send and receive messages on your number, manage your templates, numbers and webhooks, keep your account connected, report conversion events you enable, and identify you as the account owner. Our privacy policy explains each permission in detail.

Limits set by channel providers

  • Template approval, business verification, quality ratings and messaging limits are decided by Meta, not by Rabtiq.
  • A channel provider may change, restrict or stop its service, or restrict your account for policy breaches. We are not responsible for those decisions, but we will tell you about them where we can and help you adapt.
  • Fees charged by channel providers, such as WhatsApp conversation-based pricing, are separate from your Rabtiq subscription unless your order form says otherwise.

If we believe your use of a channel breaks a provider's policies or these Terms, we may suspend messaging on that channel immediately to protect you, your customers and Rabtiq's standing with the provider.

Your data

You own the data you and your users add to the Services (“Customer Data”). You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to provide and support the Services, and as described in our privacy policy.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use Customer Data, including the consent of people you message. You can export your Customer Data while your subscription is active.

AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to suggest replies, summarise conversations or score leads. AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or sending it to customers, especially for legal, medical, financial or pricing information.

Fees and payment

  • Fees are set out in your order form or plan and are billed in advance unless agreed otherwise.
  • Prices exclude VAT and other taxes, which will be added where applicable under UAE law.
  • If a payment is late, we may suspend the Services after giving you notice.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise or your order form says so, fees already paid are not refundable.

Trials and demos

Free trials and demo accounts are provided as they are, for evaluation only, and may be limited or ended at any time. Data in a trial account may be deleted when the trial ends unless you upgrade.

Intellectual property

Rabtiq and its licensors own the Services, including software, design, logos and documentation. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription. Feedback you share may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the purposes of this agreement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Availability and support

We work to keep the Services available and secure, but they may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control. Service levels and support hours, if any, are set out in your order form.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to the term in your order form. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms and do not fix the breach after notice, or immediately where needed to prevent harm or comply with law. After termination, you will have a reasonable period to export your Customer Data before it is deleted.

Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that they will be error-free or meet every requirement you have.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Services in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You will defend and compensate Rabtiq against claims by third parties arising from your Customer Data, your messages, or your breach of these Terms or of a channel provider's policies.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, give customers reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless your order form sets out a different forum.
